Our building has half-started projects that never get done. Parts of the ceilings outside between floors is just ripped apart, and no one is ever told why. One day we came home and all of the walkways had some sort of "goo" all over them with caution tape around, and we had no idea what it was. They started, about a year ago, a new paint job for the apartments and was done horribly. Some apartments still havent got their new paint. The parking sucks, very tiny parking and no one is considerate of anyone else's cars. Broken glass sometimes will be in the parking lot, too. We have been on a month to month lease now for over a year, have lived here since November 06, and it seems like every few months we get the notice that they are raising our rent. We started here at $700/month in NOV 06, and are now at $825 while ignoring a recent notice they will be raising are rent again...to what we don't know. If it wasn't snowing and crazy cold, we would be moving. I don't think these apartments are worth $825 . The inside is nice, huge kitchen, and bedrooms are OK sized...but the loving room is pretty small and not much storage whatsoever. There is a mini playground too...which sucks because the parents here don't tell their kids they cant just scream and fight at all hours of the night. Oh yeah, and when it is cold and windy you can feel major draft coming from the windows and through the outlets, which makes it tough to heat the house. We will definitely be moving in the next 6 months.

your dam right on that ? I will never let any of my friends never stay with village at baker creek apartments ! I will tell everyone to get them to stay out and to move out of this apartment building. The parking sucks, very tiny parking and no one is considerate of anyone else's cars. One day we came home and all of the walkways had some sort of "goo"on them and by talking the some other tenis who live there say my back sliding door is still brocking for a year now I am glade I am moveing out The parking sucks, very tiny parking and no one is considerate of anyone else's cars or trucks I put a claim in and told the leaseing manager people who do not live here . are still parking in the wrong place still manager does not do anything about about the parking problems and glassi see every were on the roads too and when it snows no one silts the walk ways or stairs maints should be better makeing sure the everything is salted when it snows .
