Overall Crummy place to live. But I suppose it depends on your standard. Everything in the apartment is mounted crooked practically! The apartment wasn't ready When they on the day we were supposed to move in. We were sitting outside with the u-hall, animals, party of people helping us move in, It should have been ready at noon, and it wasn't ready until around 9 PM!! By the time we were done moving everything in it was almoast mindight and all of our help had to spend the night on the floors! Later almost everything needed attention from lights to missing wheels on the dishwasher, etc. The showers have terrible water pressure, (I can't get clean in there) The hot water doesn't last long. The neighbors are less than respectfull, and are outright obnoxiouse. We even had a neighbor steal our mail when it was accidentally delivered to their house (wouln't give it back). We can never find parking because the people upstairs always have 4-5 visitors and the "visitor's parking lot" is never policed. We also didn't get the counter "island in our kitch for about 2 months after we moved it and when we did get it, the formica was all lumpy and bubbly and the seams weren't glued on they were painted with white paint you could scratch off with your fingernail! Overall crummy experience, wouldn't recommend it to others

I agree with this response. We have lived here for over a year, our neighbors next door and below us are loud. Yes, BELOW us. Normally you wouldn't notice noise below you. Parking is horrible, and people are disrespectful of your cars, so you end up with dings. It is over priced, just raised the rent to $800. Inside is nice, but outside is moldy/mildew and whoever painted them only did half the job, so some parts are still green, and others are done. If they hired good workers to maintain the property, we all would be much more well off. I am looking forward to moving when we can afford better.

I absolutly agree. I just moved out last month. I like my apartment fine, but the walls and celing are very thin and you can hear everything from the neighbors. Also, despite reporting damages to the apartment when I first moved in they claimed that I had done it and not only took all of my deposit, but say I owe them more. I'm still trying to get it back! Take pictures of EVERYTHING when you move in or they will screw you over. I had to learn the hard way.
