Nice apartments, Not so nice management plus some repair jobs never get done I ask and ask to get it fix they never come bye . so I never used the porch I have with my apartment here at village at baker creek apartments and i will tell all my friends do not rent here . some of the friends already moved out becouse the rent jumps to high here .
but I will say this the apartments are nice and spaces too maint.
and management are not very good here at baker creek apartments I like the last landlord beter than this one they moved in here .
Every problem i had got fix fast with the last landlord the new one takes a long time to get one thing fix .

you are dam right on the spot with these apartments they should just go out of business or sell!! and again plese do not let your friends rent here at village at baker apartments if you have a problem they will tell you its your problem we cannt hep you they will not even tell you where they tow your car too !! they said you will get that info in the mail. do not rent here . who does live the move now . please rent is too hight there mark
