best staff, very nice apartments - I rented here several years ago and then had relocated away. When I returned to Bellingham recently, I thought of Sunset Pond first because of its stellar staff and management. Decent Place I've lived here for about nine months and I have no real complaints. I live on the third floor of a more private building. Maintenance is great. (broken dryer fixed on the hour it was mentioned) Moderately pricy, but with a roomate its quite do-able.

Beautiful First, Second Fair. The location is amazing. This is it in Bellingham, Fairhaven is wonderful. Plus we have the park and trail. We have wonderful grounds.
