They once promoted this place as "resort style living" when I lived there for a year and a half. This isn't Palm Springs folks...

The Good:
The grounds and facilities are well kept up. There were plenty of amenities to keep you entertained if your into that. Staff was usually responsive to service requests. Fewer reserved spots makes life easier for people who don't want to pay for it. Good location just outside Woodinville

The Bad:
Like all Archstone apts they will ALWAYS try and raise your rent after your lease expires. The amenities seem to attract more of the family crowd so noise was sometimes an issue. The complex runs up against a large power transformer hub and has many high voltage power lines that run through the property, which I never found attractive. Priced a bit more than some of the surrounding complexes

Overall this place satisfied my needs, but did little overall to impress me greatly.
