The Seal Of Archstone is truely felt at this community. Landscaping is far above excellent. The location is perfect - Set on the bottom of a small hill gives a beautiful view if you get to that part of the comples. Best of all - View no Xtra cost.
The Staff is comprised of one of the most Courteous people one can find. The atmosphere in the office is formal yet so very friendly; a mix that is so hard to find.
Most of the appliances are brand new and the floor-plans are spacious and very well architected.
Pleanty of small play areas for children - and well maintained too !!! And the community boasts a couple of clubhouses for all you big kids. Go Tennis, Basketball, Swimming, Jacuzzi, Treadmills, exercise equipment . . . kinda the deal where you say it - they probably got it.
High Speed internet and you could zoom into cyberspace. The best part to give you an example of the professionalism of the management. They had a high speed internet provider, well the provider had some plans or something cause of which he could no longer provide internet service to Canyon Creek. The complex mailed out letters for the same and distributed forms for the New provider. They even got the Modems of the earlier provider and sent it back to the company on the tenants behalf. We did not have to do a thing and the transition was without any pain.
I could go on and on . . . my advise is if you are looking out for an apartment in the area: invest some time to look at them and you'll love the community.

The architect should have been shot. The layout do not make use of the 730 square feet (for a 2 bedroom) that was there. The play areas were shoddy and ill equipped. Storage in the kitchen was really poorly thought out. The fixtures (bath and kitchen were dented, badly rusted and yo had to call a plumber to remove any hair clogs. The bathroom floor (press on tile was so badly encrusted with uric acid crytals that it reaked every time it got the least bit wet. The pourch posts were dry rotted. The chimney had not been cleaned in at least 4 years. The dust from the hwy was so bad you could not keep the place clean and the dryer vent was painted shut. And last but not least you got new neighbors every 2 months. Yeah some great community. Let us not even talk about the $200 a month rent hikes.
