Due to some circumstances in my life I went from living in a house all of my life to living in an apartment. It was not an easy transition. When I came to Canyon Creek - it was like a breath of fresh air. The landscaping is beautiful and I'm always greeted with a smile when I go in to the office. I've found all of the staff to be most friendly and helpful. My first apartment was such a bad experience I really needed the change that Archstone Canyon Creek had to offer. I had some difficulties parking at first but that was quickly resolved when I was able to rent a carport. Occasionally I have found other peoples cars parked in my spot - people can be so.....#@!!I just put a note on their car and hope they get over their ignorance. I've also had a few noise issues with neighborring apartments but have resolved them by informing the office. My one complaint is that people speed through the parking lot but the city won't allow speed bumps. Shame on Bothell for that! I read some of the other reviews on this and a few other communities in the area - do we not get that apartment living isn't perfect' It's a convenient way to live until perhaps we are able to purchase a home. That's my two cents. Thank you Canyon Creek for 2 great years!
