I have lived here for a year and of the many apartments I have lived in this tops the worst place ever list. Not only does the parking suck as others have noted, but the management could care less about you unless you were a money tree in the yard. After a year they will try and raise the rent a ridiculous amount. As far as safe goes, I have had to phone police on more than one occasion and came home one day to find the SWAT team with police dogs all around the complex. Oh then there was the night that 50 people had their tires slashed. All the managers know how to do is collect money they are totally unhelpful with anything else. Several times I have had packages arrive and UPS did not leave a sticker to say the manager had it and instead of a friendly note to say "hey you have a package" I got a threatining letter like I was a criminal or something saying come get your package or else. This place is a joke, the management is a joke and I would steer clear of Archstone Canyon Creek. There are many other Archstone communities with better management, I would look there first. Consider yourself warned!!!
