Dear god, this place is PIT!- I will warn you only once if you like to pay HIGH water bills(I'm talking 130 a MONTH!! for 2-PEOPLE, you want your rent raised at least a 100 dollars everytime you sign, or you like to be treated very bad MOVE TO ANY ARCHSTONE!!- THEY ALL SUCK CHECK OUT THE REVIEWS FOR ARCHSTONE REDMOND HILL AREA CODE 98052- MONEY HUNGRY -------!- that's all I have to say:) thanks for reading!

I can't speak about the raising rent issue - but our combined water, sewer, and trash last month was $41.48 - for two people. I think they read meters individually, though, so maybe we are good at conserving H20, and this individual wasn't? Water alone was $12.56 for us, so about 1/10th of this person's claims. We've also been treated well by the management.
