Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2001
Unfortunately, I lived in a bottom floor unit, & we constantly heard noises from the tenants above us. Parking was a big problem, & you pay extra for covered reserved parking but they won't tow someone who uses your spot. Maintenance was iffy, sometimes rather slow but usually OK. Rent went up $250/month (3 bedroom) over 2-1/2 yrs. Good location & good amenities. When they bought neighboring complex (Victorian Village) they remodeled VV clubhouse adding a hot tub that was out of service most of the time. Good points & bad points. We moved to Monroe (15 miles away) & saved $500/month.
