Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
When we first moved in, our neighbors were pretty quiet. Then some people moved in next door that play music AS LOUD AS POSSIBLE, any time of day. Upstairs - same thing. The bass actually shakes the pictures on my walls. Complaining to management has made no difference.
