For the service (or lack there of), location, and quality of housing the price is too high. If rent was under $50 it MIGHT be worth it, but probably not.

The horror stories I have are too much to relive right now. Let's just say I'm glad to be leaving soon!

PS make sure you have a good car alarm if you live here.
