Where do I start. Archstone Canyon Creek is the worst place to rent from. The first year we lived there my car got stolen and I went into the leasing office to let them know and gave them a police case number and they told me that someone from the corporate office would be calling me back. No call back what so ever. Then about 6 months later my wheels got stolen off my car.
This week was my final straw. Our plumbing in our bathroom back up in our apartment, but it wasn't only our apartment it was everyone who lived on the ground floor in building 14. When calling the office they were very RUDE like always. When we called for an update on the plumbing they sighed like we were inconvenience them. After they brought out rotor rooter to fixed the plumbing issue they never contacted any of the residences to let us know that this was fixed and what the original problem was. While our bathroom was out of commission the only resolution the office had was to use the workout area to shower and restroom. Let me tell you that the workout area isn't the cleanest place to be. This isn't the first time our plumbing backed up it has happen 5 times in the last year. They don't comp you back rent of no use of your bathroom and they didn't even offer to bring in a professional cleaner to come in and clean up the mess. Let me tell you when you have pee and poop backed up in your bathroom your apartment starts to really smell.
People you are going to love this recently there was a break in to the outgoing mailbox but management never let any of the residence know that this crime happen. While this break in happen sometime last month (June 2006)and because the lack of common sense from management I am a victim of mail theft and identify theft.
I just had a co worker ask how I like Archstone and luckily I talked her out of moving into this horrible ran apartment complex.
If you are the manager or work for Archstone Canyon creek and reading this post, please read each comment and think about how you run this apartment complex. All I can say is a bunch of toddlers can run this place better then the staff and management they have now.

Ok, 1st of all, it is not Archstones' job to protect your car, or your rims. That's your own problem, and something you should have thought about before you put rims on your car. Even security patrols are not there to check on YOUR stuff. They are there to make sure that the property is not being vandalized. If you think that your car is so dang special, rent a garage or stop b*tching. Try living at any other apartment complex in Bothell and you'll experience the same punks breaking into and stealing cars. I've had mine broken into twice, but do you hear me complaining? Having corporate call you back and let you cry on their shoulder wouldn't have done anything for you. They know there are car prowls and thefts, and can't do anything about them. So get over yourself. The rest of your story is messed up, but that's life. Deal with it. And to anyone looking to live in an apartment, this is what you MIGHT have to deal with too. Or you MIGHT not. The only people who write on this site are people who just want to b*tch about something anyway, right? Except for me, thus the name devils_advocate. And no I don't work for this company.

To devils_advocate: Why don't you read the whole story. So you are telling me that you would not be mad if you had poop and pee in your bath tub and it took them forever to fix??? Or that your checks got stolen out of the outgoing mailbox and that turned into identity theft and archstone never let any of the residences know. GET A LIFE. And BTW do you even live in Archstone Canyon Creek. You are probably a lonely little loser that surfs the internet all day.
