We moved 2005 since we outgrew our 2.5 bed/bath, however the community was a great value compared to where we are now. Yes - car crime was a problem then. Otherwise we enjoyed the flat location and biked to Bothell and Woodinville. Woodinville has great shopping. We enjoyed the swimmingpools and raquetball courts often. Our rent was never raised in the 3 years we lived there, and we had 24 hour maintenance response (even a crack in the wall was fixed) and dried promptly. Lots of storage spaces at various price levels. We moved "Archstone Relocation" guarantee, however Archstone sold where we live now, and our new mgmt is also raising the rent and doubling the cost of parking. The mgmt at Archstone Canyon Creek had recently changed before we moved. However, we still think Canyon Creek was a great value with their amenities (as long as you can protect your car) compared to what we have now at almost double the cost of rent. (Parking is $30/stall where we live now.)

Anonymous again? The rents were raise every year from 2005-2007 when I lived there. I can't imagine the just magically changed just as you moved out. Car crimes? We had mail theft, breakins, an a few child stalking issues going on there before I moved. I'm glad I am out.
