I have lived in many apartments... grew up in apartments and this BY FAR IS THE WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER LIVED. I have never had such a bad apartment experience, I know you need to expect some noise from the people around you... BUT COME ON. And, a friendly, knowledgeable staff and a 100% satisfaction guarantee... YEAH RIGHT, NOT!

The management is a joke and so very unhelpful, you might as well not call as it does not help when you do. We have had many problems with noise in this place and they are not helpful one bit when you call. Not once have I been able to talk to the actual manager of this place and they do not return noise complaint calls when you ask them to call you back. I could just go on and on about the management but I do not have the time or energy.

We live on the newer construction side of the complex and the installation here sucks big time! You can hear creaking ever where you walk from your own feet as well as the people above you. When the people upstairs or down stairs blast there music you can feel the room vibrate and the pictures on the wall can shake. You can hear the annoying fan in the bathroom from the people above and below every time they turn it on, and the garbage disposal as well. And the walls are so thin you can hear people doing and saying things in there bedrooms that you should not be hearing. They do not take deposits so watch out, they take a fee for a lease agreement so there is no normal living wear and tare. I am scared to see what happens when we move out as they have a list of charges so they can suck the money right out of you. They raised the rent an incredible amount and forced all but 1 family out of our building, we all are moving. And parking stinks.

OK, I have gone on a lot here... as I said I could go forever. Before you move into this place check your other options. The grounds and the pools are what brought us in, they are nice... but the apartments and the management stink that's all I got to say about that!

I agree with EVERY thing you have said. Does this place even have a manager. He/She stay so well hidden that you're not sure whom he/she is. The management staff is the absolute worst I've ever seen. Not only in apartment management but any area of customer service is better than this place...well may except for cell phone company but atleast cell phone c/s lie to you over the phone, these people look you in the eye and blatantly lie.
