The grounds are beautiful but living here and dealing with the lack of response, respect, competency of the managment staff has driven me to do something.

To my fellow disgruntled neighbors, I would like to form a tenant association, there is power in numbers and it's time this management staff start taking us as seriously as they take our money.

I know you might be skepital and I can't blame you, I would be too. I've set up an email address just for complaints, ideas and hopefully a volunteer or two to help get things going. please respond to archstone_cc_tenantgroup@yahoo.com if you would like to stop talking about the problems and be apart of getting resolutions.

I agree the residents need to do something. As for me joining the tenets union, that at this point would not be useful, because as soon as I can I am out of here. Repair work is substandard, the kitchen and bathrooms have not been upgraded since the were build, this is the floors, sinks, toilets.... The balcony rails are dry rotted and have been patched with patching plaster when they need to be replace. The grounds are a swamp. The facilities have been shut down half of the time I wanted to use them and the rent? Way too high for what you pay for. I will not even go into the management staff. I wish you good luck.
