They are -------!!! extremely rude!!! and bulley tenants!!!

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
 
The charge more than 10 times water than what I used every month for more than 6 months. The assistant manager(s) wasn't willing to adjust the bill to what I exactly used from the meter read. Neither they send technician to replace the broken part.

My car was also stolen from apartment parking lot, the rental office didn't make any improvement to provide a secure place at night, not even a surveillance camera!!!
