Sue in the office is great, about the only decent human being on the staff. Chris is rude, ditto on April comment below, just awful! Managment is careless and unknowledgeable and maintenance seems to think they can enter and leave as they choose, without notice and without locking your apartment when they leave. The whole 30 day move-in scam is stupid, sure you can move out after you just move all your stuff in, but if some other psycho moves in next door after 31 days, you're stuck...sure they'll over to switch apartments for you, but you'll be charged $200 more a month...DON'T DO IT! If you like to sleep at night, this place isn't for you...between the freeway, the powerlines and the paper thin walls, you have no hope. Did I mention my car has been broken into and so has my neighbors, TWICE!!!
