After reading many of these reviews, I wonder why on earth the owner of this complex doesn't step in. I guess if all you want is a write-off to heck with the people who rent from you. Any property management that has a many negative comments as -----...there must be a real problem here. If I were a tenant I would be calling the city/county agency that deals with tenant rights. Also, talk with the water board about the issues of fraud in billing and find someone to head your maintenance department that knows how to manage...lots of bad comments in this area as well. qmzu4EHcaGAPVCPw2Fai
