Seriously, Archstone Canyon Creek is a great property. The best amenity package I have ever seen - 2 outdoor pools and an indoor; indoor basketball, raquetball, and a couple of fitness centers!!! The apartments are nice and the location can't be beat - close to 405 and the bonus of Woodinville shopping. The staff is helpful and kind. Maintenance staff is wonderful and very quick to respond.

Yea.... have you moved out yet? I thought the place was great too until i lived there for 2 years. The staff is HORRIBLE!!! You know what, let me know what you think when you move out. They will charge you FOR EVERY LITTLE THING. Yea, $20 to clean the fireplave, $15 to sweep the porch. AND all the money you put down to go into the apartment (unless it's additional money you had to put down due to credit) none of it will go towards your costs of moving out. So expect to have a very high bill. I had to pay around $600. the apartment will NEVER be clean enough.

A brochure quote, how nice. You have an 18% approval rating. In other words the place sucks.
Not on a reliable bus route, Woodinvile as quite a distance away and the roads to get there are not safe for bikes or walking. The floor lay out are really bad, the maintenance staff do NOT know what they are doing. Things never get fixed properly. They are more concerned with how the outside works than fixing the apartments themselves. The road grime from 522, the noise, the flooding ( I have pictures if you like).
Now let's get to the apartments themseves. No storage, fixtures still from the 70's, corroded sinks, presson floor tile, doors that stick, kitchens too small to cook in unless you like microwave meals.....
Then there is the rent. Expect a 10-20% increase after they sucker you in with thier introductory rate and at least a 10% increase every year afterwards.
Noisy unless you live on the top floor. Staff that has no respect for assigned parking. Inspections and work going on constantly. Amenities that may or may not be open.... I could go on. I moved out in 2008 after 3 years. Why did I stay so long? Because I was determined NEVER to rent again. The landlord companies own every complex in Bothell Mill Creek and I was not going to get hooked into one of those again.

How is it this positive review was posted in 07 if it only now appeared in 09-08 on this site? Strange isnt it. "The best amenity package I have ever seen" You work at archstone and this fact makes your statement that much more pathetic. Instead of searching the internet you should get to work improving tenant landlord relationships at your complex. The best and most effective advertising is done through word of mouth and personal recomendations from former and current tenants. Sounds like you have alot of work to do to improve your image. That would be a more effective advertising strategy. This complex like wall street has no shame. They will rip you off , rob you and then send you the bill, to the tune of 700 billion. Corporations are all the same racket. This place is no diffrent.
