Major complaint is the manager will not return phone calls and is always conveniently gone when you show up at the office. The staffs mantra is they are unable to do anything without the managers approval. Water and sewer are based on metering, but that is a joke as well. The water charges are the same regardless if you are using any water or not. Add at least another $50 a month to the lease price. My first year lease rates were reasonable but after the end of the lease the price increased by 70%. The reason I am told is that the price of rent is going up do to the unfordable housing now. Funny thing, I found another apartment in another complex for my old lease price and no charge for the water, sewer, and garbage.

The manager drives a--------------- so if it is parked outside of the office than she is there probably hiding in the back office.
