This place is HORRIBLE!!! I've never had such poor service! My boyfriend and I lived in our apartment for almost 2 years. The people in the office we never helpful and the maintance guys are just pure lazy! I would make appointments to have them come to fix whatever was broken and on several occasiosn they never showed. Here's my story...

After living in our apartment for about 6 months we noticed a spot in our bathroom that looked like it was molding out. I called the apartments and told them about this particular spot. They came in and basically just covered it up. It was fine for a couple weeks then my boyfriend and I went out of town and when we came back the moldy corner was worse. I took a stick and poked at the substance and when i did that some stuff fell off with ANTS in it. I called the apartments immediately and asked them to come down and fix it. They did't have anyone till the next morning. A FEW DAYS LATER, they came back and did the same EXACT THING. Just cleaned and covered it. I called the apartments once again and told them it was just going to come right back. They said that the maintance guy said it looked fine. So I told them that I was going to call them back in 2 weeks when it all came back. And to no surprise, it did. By this time i was getting pretty ticked off. I called them and told them what had happened. FINALLY after 3 times fixing the same area, they came back and did it right. They had to rip off the dry wall and let it air dry for a couple days. Well, as it was air drying I noticed a TON of ants crawling up and down the spaces in the wall and called the apartments to come and take care of it. They actually got there pretty fast and treated the area. That same weekend on a Sunday I was in my kitchen cleaning and opened up the dishwasher and had ants in the dishwasher and on the counters (the counters are black speckle and the ants were very hard to see) I called the apartments and told them to send someone over ASAP. They basically told me that I had to wait till Monday and that they didnt have anyone. They then told me that they were going to hire a professional to come and do it. Well, after them telling me someone was coming they no showed... TWICE! Finally, on a weds, they treated the area and that same day fixed the rest of our bathroom. Once again they were messy. They re-painted our bathroom and when the guy left i went in there to go inspect it. Paint was left all over our bathroom floor. I called the aparments to see if they were done and they said yes. I told them someone had to come back and clean all the "beep" off my floor. Unfortunetly, my boyfriend and I could not afford to move out at the time our lease was up so we did sign another lease.

Even after leaving the apartments we are still dealing with them. They are never clean on what the expenses go towards when you move in (move-in fee, pet deposit) and then stick you with a bill (our being $300) at the end. They charge you for RIDICULOUS things like sweeping the porch costs $20. This is not nearly everything that happened to us while leaving there, but if I can save one person from living there by my experiance then I'm happy. If i were anyone i would STAY AWAY from these apartments.

PS... NEVER TALK TO THE MANANGER...

I feel soooooo bad for you guys. We had similar "blow us off" responses to issues we had while living there and then they wanted to charges us for the stupidist things when we moved out - like a screen was broken. ???? Whatever! We are so happy to be gone from there!!

Same issues, My daughters door was out of alignment (the place had shifted). Three time I asked to have it fixed, three times they said they did, three times it was not done. The job was about 30 min worth of work. I had to rescue my kids on several occations because one of her friends would close the door and she could not open it to get out. I there had been a fire??? Same issue with the laundry area the doors kept falling of. Once it almost knocked me unconscious. I have a scar to prove it. Same situation 3 times I asked, 3 times they "fixed" it. BTW the charge for water by hot water usage and then turn the hot water way down (smart trick). Sneaky, underhanded, con artists. The lot of them. I have advised everyone I have met looking for a place to run not walk away from that place. They lost a lot of potential residence from AT&T (Cingular). I wish the company nothing but ill fortune.
