Driving in you see the big sign "Welcome Home" it might as well be "Welcome to High Blood Pressure"
In addition to their price spike, Archstone has lowered the bar for new renters. It completely makes it easy for low-income, desperate low-life's to get in now, granted they pay exhorbitant monthly fees. I don't know if they have gone away from doing background credit checks now, but it sure seems like it with the crap cars that are now gracing the parkinglot. Lots of pot smoke lingers on the weekdays and last week we had 4 cop cars and one paddy wagon go up to building 17. What is going on here'
Bottom line' RUN.
