Worst rental experience ever. Many hidden final charges, poorly staffed office. Upon leaving we left the office with our forwarding address however I dont see why we wasted the time. I had two letters forwarded to me, proving they had the correct address, but they never mailed me the final garbage/water bill. We eventualy went back to the office to check on the bill and they claimed to have tried to mail it to us but that we gave them the wrong address, we checked their computer and saw that they had the correct address, the secretary was simply incapable of writing it on an envelope. We gave them a second address and asked us to call if they had problems since they refused to give us the bill at the office. A few weeks later we returned and they office told us they had sent the bill to collections and it was out of their hands. We then asked for their corporate number and they claimed they didnt have one...we found this really shady seeing as how we found their corporate number after a couple minutes on Google. During this whole experience the two female secretaries acted rude and immature. I strongly recommend you steer clear from this apartment complex, its not worth the hassle.
Another concern was the large amount of car break-ins. Two people in our section as well as my roommate had their cars broken into, there also seemed to always be cops showing up.
Our unit was near a playground and there was and endless mess of childrens snack wrappers as well as toys left everywhere. The lawn area near the pool and raquetball court was constantly flooded, even during the summer, not sure what was going on there.
We also had a faulty dryer that burned and completley destroyed a load of laundry, they said it was a problem with one of the seals and didnt reiumburse.

I am a former tenant and had a roommates car broken into as well. The police said that complex is a regular target of gangs that try to steal/break into cars as a means of joining the gang. The office people were completely unsympathetic and useless.
