This is a good place for a very fair price of rent. I took a look at the reviews on this site before moving in and they didn't seem very appealing. Alot of people said crime was way out of hand. So I did my own research by calling the Bothell Police Department. They provided me with statics of crime that was reported to them within the last year and a half. The info they gave me about the crime showed it was very minimal compaired to how large this complex is. This info was a major reason why I moved here. If you are thinking about moving here I would suggest finding out the facts for yourself.

The noise from my neighbors is just not there as other people state. Maybe I have the best neighbors ever living above and below me but I have not be bothered by anyone here.

The only thing that I have come not to like is the bright lights outside after dark. They shine so bright! I fixed this my hanging up some curtains in my room and that solved the light issue. I must saying having so much light in the parking lot is a plus for safety.

They have 2 complex sites on this location. The white with auburn trim are the nicer newer buildings which I would recommend over the other ones.

Let us know how they treat you when you move out. And good luck, I hope you don't get the same treatment as everyone else I've talked to (and all the people who gave their input to give these apartments a rating of less than 20%). That means less than 1 out of 5 people are satisfied with this complex. I understand though, that until you move out and they stick you with outrageous fees you could be happy there. If you're happy now I'd say try to protect yourself as much as you can. Also it is worth mentioning that I lived in the A building right next to the office and had my car stolen while I was sleeping. I have talked to 2 other people, no I am not exaggerating, that also had their cars stolen from this complex. So those bright lights aren't working in deterring criminals.

INTERESTING! SOUNDS LIKE YOU ARE ONE OF THE MANAGERS.....making it sound like the bright lights are so bad, when you turn it around it makes it seem like that is good. The actuality is, the lights are always burnt out on the side streets, therefore making it really scary to walk around at night. the bushes are too high, making it possible for someone to carjack you and no one would see. As for you claiming to call the Bothell Police Department, that is EXACTLY what the office said to me when I told them they had really bad reviews of their place. HMMMMMMMM.. something sounds fishy to me, you really sound like you are someone that works for this complex. P.S you spelled "a lot" wrong. It's not "alot". Loser.

The lighting here is bad, and black mold grows in our room. The lights by our room on the outside make this annoying buzzing sound, it keeps me up a lot it's SO loud. The windows in the living room don't open,just the blinds. They tell you that you can't have toys on your deck, then say you will be fined if you don't take them off. I guess they only harass the tenants that have visible decks, not the one's in the back who's deck can't be seen. This place gives me a headache, and I don't ever deal with the office people by choice.
