This place=HUGE RIPOFF!! The office staff is always reading these reviews, therefore, they know of the problems that are going on. The office like to occasionally make their own versions of their reviews on here from time to time, I know almost every one here and they are less then thrilled on how they handle things. They just choose to not care or not know how to deal with it. The workout rooms look nice upon first glance, but when i first started to use them they are almost always in bad shape, they are not safe and the really heavy people like to give them a beating. The workout rooms stink to high heaven like sweat and food, and has poor ventilation. The pool water smells,and is always cold as hell even though they claim it's "heated" indoor. Ive had heated indoor pool and it is never as cold as that. They always have 5-8 kids in the pool room at once late at night with no adult supervision, or it's always the young 20 year olds and their friends hogging the pool up. There is no after hours person to call in case of an emergency, or to report problematic tenants. They charge way too much for trash/sewer. almost 20.00 a month. TOo many "inspections" going on, they claim it's a random selection for that, but in all my years of living in ANY apartment, this is the FIRST TIME they have said they needed to or would like to do an "inspection". They only give you one day notice on them, where as the note says 2 days but I always have gotten them one day ahead, not two. I pay too dam_n much for them to come in to my place and poke around. If they don't trust their tenants, then why do the background check on us' Why am I paying half of my income to live here if I dont feel welcome' DON'T LIVE HERE. THERE ARE BETTER PLACES TO GO!!!!
