Guys, I know that this place looks nice. Do you really believe them when they hang a banner on their office that says "WELCOME HOME"' Is it just me or is that the most desperate thing you've ever seen' Like going to a used car dealership and seeing a sign on an old clunker that says "RUNS GREAT!"

Trust people who have written about this place. I'm writing this because I want to save you the hassle of living in a place that I am 90 percent sure you will come to be very concerned about. Why put yourself through that, do you want stress in your life'

this is a sad little place, no doubt. Can you believe they actually CHARGE you if you want to have your co signer or roomate move out? They will have to re run an application on you (if your co signer want's off), and that is another 300 dollars. Believe me, I have NEVER EVER lived in a place where it has been such a hassle (and a rip off) for someone to move out or off the lease. WHat I am wondering, though is...why are they charging me 300.00 to run my application if I already paid my part of the application in the beggining? DONT MOVE HERE!!!!
