I moved in Sept 2004, bottom floor unit. Yes, you can hear your neighbors, its an apt not a house. It is annoying, but getting an air cleaner that makes white noise helps. I have had no problems with my allergies here, and the staff is extremely helpful and caring. I haven't heard of any breakins or stolen vehicles. My only complaint is the carpet was cleaned but should have been replaced before move in. I have throw rugs to cover up the filthy carpet. I suggest you move into a newly carpeted unit. Great place if you have young children, playgrounds and playroom on site. be prepared for lots of deposits, cleaning charges and pet rent of $20 added in your lease. I am happy here, no plans to move out.
