This company confidently screams that they have an outstanding transfer policy and top of the market service. Both statements are WRONG!
We tried to transfer to another Archstone community and the Northcreek team was less than helpful. They were unorganized, unprofessional and frankly unworthy of your time. They have so many units there that you really feel like you are a number. When shopping for a community, look at the faces of the current tenants as they enter the rental office. Also, look at the way the agents treat them. That will be you in a few minutes.

Interesting... I find the staff friendly and professional. Several of them know me by name even in a complex this large.
