As a business traveler, I have to support two homes when I work. I got an apt at this place. Since it was a 3 month lease I had to pay $895 a month.

At the end of the lease they had the ba_ _ s to leave me a note saying that I was such a good renter that if I wanted to EXTEND my lease, they would be happy to charge me $1040 a month. Some reward for staying longer.

I vacate a on July 28th with two weeks left on the lease...yet still have to pay the rent - that's probably standard.

Although they were happy to set up utilities in my name, they didn't bother to take the electricity back into theirs when I left....so Snohomish PUD tries to charge me for two weeks I am not there.

I call about my deposit refund and they inform me that I owed them an additional $132 in charges including approx. $100 to clean carpets that never had shoes on them let alone dirt.

This is by far the worst place on earth. Stay in a tent if you have to but stay away from any Archstone complex.
