I moved here based on an advise from a "friend". I dodn't know she hated me that much !!! well, here's the list:
The Good:
1- The pool

Everything else !

You will pay a "Non-Refundable" Deposit. I don't know how the words non-refundable and deposit could be understood. I thought a "Deposit" was something you get back !!!

Very poor insulation, I heared my neighbors arguing, watching T.V, cooking, talking and having sex!!

Cars get broken into all the time there.

Good luck finding parking after 9:30 pm

upon move out, you will spend at least three days cleaning the place, scrubbing and moving appliances to clean behind. Well, don't even bother, I was charged for cleaning, preassure washing the balcony, paintind and other stuff.... WONDER WHAT HAPPENED TO THE DEPOSIT...
They sent me a bill fo 375.00 and when I debated it, as my place was left clean, they sent me to collections!!!

AGAIN, DON'T RENT AT ARCHSTONE NORTH CREEK.

its not a deposit, its actually a move in fee.

i did the same mistake...me and my roomate moved out..without getting to speak about check out list..luckily we had the one we moved in..a total joke...anyway...they charged me and my roomate 800 dollars..for what?..god knows.. i asked them to send us the itemized bill..we never got it.. send us to collections...so now it is that time of going to small claim court...they ruined my credit so i cannot buy anything but with expensive loans....
