Not negative, just the truth

I wouldn't recommend this property to anyone and we will be moving out.
It all starts on moving day, which was 2 weeks from the last tenant moving out: they painted one large wall blood red, which was not requested and had to be repainted that day. The carpet is trashed and they didn't even look at it until we were moving in so it can't even be replaced until we move out. Very cheap grade carpet anyway, but they did patch it, which we covered with area rugs anyway because it's so bad.
The cleaning people left stains on the carpet and it stunk like dirty diapers and garbage which we have not been able to get the smell out since - we've tried everything short of bleach.
Kitchen drawers were broken, closet rods were obviously broken which they fixed as we were moving in also making moving so much more fun.
The quality of the apartments are not worth the money being paid for these, everything is the lowest grade appliances and fixtures you can get.
There have been many thefts on the property, but no one hears about them, because the management fails to warn the tenants. Pardon me, they did finally leave one letter on doors telling tenants they are not responsible or liable and don't call them, call the police. This notice was only one after many thefts took place.
Even the staff will tell you not to rent any of the apartments on the south end because of the noise.
Good luck, if you move here.
