Our family moved into Northcreek last fall. It is our first apartment and I think it is fine. We have very quiet neighbors. The apartment was very clean when we moved in. Fresh paint and new carpet. The office staff is always kind, helpful and have been very prompt with repairs. Most of the time the same day. The the only thing I am disappointed in is the gym. It is run down and dirty. The pads need to be replaced and some of the machines do not work properly. Also, the computer center was to get new computers in October, but hasn't happened yet. I have heard of some car break-ins from neighbors, but that can even happen in the driveway in a nice neighborhood. Just don't leave anything valuable in your car. I do see the Bothell Police driving through the complex when I'm out walking my dog.

You failed to mention the overflowing trash bins. They have not picked up the overflowing trash for 5 days now!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Is it their goal to attract rats as neighbors? |

I have lived in apartments for the last 9 years. The gym is actually one of the largest and nicest out of any that I have seen. It has tons of equipment and cable tv to watch. You have to make sure to tell the staff when something is not working or they will not know. One time the treadmill was broken and literally the next day when I went in to use it, it was fixed. I am quite surprised that you find it run down and dirty- it's definately not Golds or 24HR but it is super nice.
