Lived at Bothell Northcreek for 12 months. Constant noise from neighbors and reporting it did nothing. Drug dealing going on in all corners of property almost every night. Charged a lot of move in deposits including 300.00 extra for a dog. Also had an extra charge of 20.00 a month for dog. When I moved out I sent a bill showing no deposit and an amount of 500.00 dollars owed claiming they had to paint, clean carpets all of which was false. Likely will take a trip to court for this to be corrected.

I am in the process of filing a lawsuit at this time towards Archstone because of bogus fees that I was charged. If you have a lawyer to recommend, let me know. Stupidest apartment property management company on earth!
