This place rips you off! Incredibly poor management that does nothing for complaints, quality of living, etc. Apartments are full of mold, and are in poor condition upon move-in. If for some reason you do move here, when you are doing your initial walk-through, don't even let them say "don't worry about that" when you point out problems. They screwed us on about 10 things that we clearly pointed out. They tried to charge us $410 to move out of an apartment that had nasty carpets upon move-in, holes in the walls, marks, etc. When we wrote a letter (actually 2 letters) to fight the expense, we never heard back. Thinking that the despute was resolved and wiped away, since the lease stated "common wear" as being ok, we were shocked to recieve a piece of mail 4 weeks later with MORE charges!!! NEVER A SINGLE CALL THOUGH! Great management, huh' I have never lived in a louder, more dangerous, apartment property with more mold, garbage problems, etc. than this dump! To top this off, the rents are far above the value of this apartment.
