9 years WAY TOO LONG

Years at this apartment: 1998 - 2006

I am almost ashamed to say we have lived here for 9 years - 4 years in a one bed/one bath and then 5 in a two bed/two bath. We moved here under the old managment which was great. Once Archstone took over, things changed . . . a lot. The past year has been horrible. Managment doesn't do much about noise problems and during a 6 month re-paint of teh building, I had numerous problems with disrespect of items on my deck, PAINTING ME OUT OF MY APT (paint and tape over my front door!!) and many, many other issues with that little "project". I've found most of the staff to be very friendly, but when it comes down to it, not very helpful. We are currently looking to move (buy) into another home. 9 years is way too long to be in an appartment anyway . . . especially here. The only thing that has kept us here is the low rent (although it went up this year with 'pet rent' - whatever!)

Archstone has always owned and built those apartments so what old management are you talking about?

Archstone Northcreek was not built until 2000? And it has always been an Archstone?
