They bang you with heavy move-out costs

I Stayed here from July 05 - Dec 06. Except for minor maintenance issue occassionally, its a pretty good place to move in. But the goodies end there. Inspite of no notable damages to the equipment inside the apartment and thourough cleaning while moving out you will still be charged for a minimum of 500$. They just seem to simply wait for people to move out so that they can collect heavy move-out charges. Forget about any refundable deposits that you had paid while moving in. The Staff that are so courteous, friendly and polite while moving in, can turn rude and unreasonable if asked any rational questions during move-out because you are no more their golden hen. When I called in to talk about the charges they seem to care the least and neither the staff nor the manager is willing to have a reasonable talk. I would not recommend this place to any of my friend.
If any of the apartment staff happens to read this, I would like to have them re-structure their rules a bit more reasonably and rationally.
