I'd say you should consider renting in Bothell's version of --------- at your own risk. Once they've suckered you in with some quote for rent, this huge national chain will find some way to make it just a bit more. And then more. They charge as much or more for water/sewer/garbage for one person as I paid for a whole family in a 3-bedroom home. The appliances are crap, and mine were all covered with some cheap powdery paint to spruce them up -- but that came off the minute you tried to clean them. But if you like the smell of curry waifting in your open windows at all hours of the day or night, this might just be the place for you. And they wanted to increase the rent 30% after my one year lease was up....they're just greedy corporate idiots!

FWIW I agree about the water/sewage rates. Management at my new place I am moving to were shocked when I said how high mine was and assured me it will probably be waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay less there.
