I have lived here for almost a year.. I can not WAIT until my lease is up. Everything seems great from the time you move in, the apartments looked fine, and everyone was nice. But that changes. I have lived in a couple other apartments and have never had an issue of people banging on my door and wanting in for this reason or for that reason.. If you have a service request.. which I have had MANY here.. They promise 24 hours.. YEAH RIGHT. Try almost 2 weeks, and even more than this, I have found times when I have came home and someone has been in my apartment (maintenence person) and did not leave a note that they were in there. I only new because I had called over and over to try to fix my dryer and there was water all over my carpet. I called the apt and said it looked like someone was in here and my carpet was wet and they said oh yeah the maintence guy finally fixed it, sorry he didnt leave a note. In between that 2 week period I asked if they could let me know what was going on with my dryer because I needed to dry my clothes. They gave me a key to another "vacant" apartment to use there dryer, which I thought was very nice, and of course I drag my pile of wet clothes up 3 flights of stairs and unlock the door to find 3 men in the apartment packing up there stuff. They were so mad at me and I was so embarassed. I called the apartments and left them a message about how upset I was. If your going to give me a key give me a key to an apartment that is actually VACANT!!!!!! When someone called me the next day she was so rude to me saying I must have went in the wrong apt.. YEAH definetly didnt. Plus, the key worked in that apartment so what is it a universal key she gave me''' I dont think so, because hello archstone northcreek, that would be ILLEGAL!!!!

Also, the parking is BEYOND unecceptable. We have a damn moterhome with someone living in it parked outside here and yet people are getting towed or notes on there car, or even fines for parking by garages (not infront of garages) but beside them, where there should be no problem with because there is no other parking. They expect us to park by the office and walk''''''''''

How about move the moterhome I dont see that person getting ticketed or towed when your notices specifically say.. No car can park here as a (storage) so what the hell is that''''

Trust me, do not move here, they screw you and you can find a lot better apartment for cheaper if not the same price that is so much BETTER. And even if the place is a little but more, it will be worth it than to live here!!!!

The guy living in the----------- is sleeping with one of the office gals. They're not going to do anything about it.

The previous posts are totally correct. If you have problems with the Archstone Northcreek mis-management staff, feel free to call the regional manager in Bellevue, Greg Taylor, at 425-415-8160. He's arrogant and rude, as are the brainless bimbos he hires to run the leasing offices, but I'm sure he'd LOVE to hear from the abused Archstone tenants.
