Where do I begin!' If you want rude staff, no parking, over loaded trash, loud neighbors, no helpful maintanece, then this is the apartment for you! Make sure you read your lease agreement very well because they have used it against us so much. We finally moved out after a horrible year of living here and now they have charged us with over $2,000 in fees! NO JOKE! If you don't believe me I would LOVE to send over a copy of the receipt. Did I mention when we moved our place was in perfect condition. SO even if you send hours making your apartment cleans, don't waste your time they will FIND things to charge you. 2007 December over in archstone in Woodinville remember when the flood happened' We had moved in there first, we were living there for 6 days then the flood happened. 5 feet of water we lost ALL. Even during the horrible time and losing everything, the staff was RUDE, and not helpful. Did I mention that after the flood happened it took their staff to TELL ME the apartments were flooding 4 hours AFTER they had evacuated people on the boats. No not me, they didn't call me till 3pm. The flood started happening at 9AM. They did not rescue my dog she got lost in the flood. There excuse as to why she didn't get rescued "She wasn't on their rescue list"

I have so much more and even more about this flood if you want to hear more or NEED to hear more contact me I assure you, you WILL be making a huge mistake if you move into ANY archstone.

Archstone in general is the worst apartment community I ve ever lived in!

I am going through this now. I am trying to get a new apartment and they said i don't qualify. My last apartment said I owe 1600 dollars in move out fees. FOR WHAT? I left the apartment clean!!! There reply is that is what it cost them to clean the carpet paint..now i can't get another apartment anywhere with this on my credit. I'm a single mom with kids I didn't trash their apartments. You will do yourself a favor and look somewhere else because moving here will have long term damage after you have the nerve to try and move away. I wish i never moved there. I don't know how i'll get that off my credit. It is much more problems then they are worth. I wish someone would have warned me or if they told me up front or even charged me month by month. Have you ever been charged 1,600 to move? what a heartache. it should be called gal stone cuz that is how painful the experince was living there.
