Horrible place to live...

Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2009
 
Staff people on the office is rude! Always! dumpster always over loader , loud neighbors...u can hear them walking upstairs, And my walk 24 hrs a day.Mold on the wall , windows them they come to "fix" but the next week all is back ....and they say they don't test to see if is a problem to the health.
Is horrible...
