I lived here for a year and it's not worth it. First of all, we lived on the first floor and our upstairs neighbors were SO LOUD I thought they were stomping around continuously. Second, both mine and my fiance's cars were vandalized while living here. Way too many teenagers in the complex. Lastly, when our lease was up we moved out. We cleaned our apartment as well as any other we've lived in. We were charged $90 for "touch up paint" which is apparently the standard. Plus $145 for "touch up clean" - with absolutely NO information on what they actually cleaned. And apparently you need to clean behind all of the appliances - even though that is NOT on their "Move-out Cleaning Instructions" list. We also got charged $20 to replace blinds in one of the bedrooms because "it may have been bent". Find somewhere else to live. We found a townhouse for $15 less per month and it's SO MUCH BETTER!!!

yea when we moved out we were charged $400 dollars for carpet cleaning and Painting the entire place... we had only been there a couple months and they forced us to move out because of construction even though we had a one year lease with them! They were going to tear the place apart... yet we had to pay for full paint and cleaning even though I detailed the place for 14 hours! You could eat off the toilet I had that place so clean! This place is a total scam and what's funny is their motto is "Customer service guarenteed" haha my ass.. that leasing office is full of the bitchiest most irritated people on the planet and they won't help you with jack ----...
