PRO: stays cool during summer. free parking is pretty good on most days. managers volentarily check up every so often to assure things are okay. pretty quite neighborhood during weekdays. move in was easy, only had to pay for background/credit check and first month.

CONS: i wouldnt recommend living on the bottom floor. i dont know how but i get quite a bit of beetles in my apartment. after 3 professional cleaning my apartment still smells like wet dog. all of the staff is nice, except for one. you'll know who it is when you enter the office enough. hard to miss. RENT IS EXPENSIVE!!! not as luxury as it looks. not woth the trade off. sewer/garbage is like $50 a month.
