All that glitters is not gold and that is so true with the archstone Northcreek. Yes there are strange people that walk around with hoodies at night. When i'm taking out the garbage there was a guy that would hang outside with a hoodie and would circle the apartment. Management wouldn't care less/didn't do a thing. water heater broke flooded and ruided my dresser. No one cared or would pay for it. but the bigest problem is that this miserable place haunts me. Now that my lease is up and i moved out, they put 2000.00 in cleaning fees/ legal fees for not paying my cleaning fees. ok im not paying for you to get new carpets when it was your water heater that broke and flooded the carpets. I didn't install the water heater, i didn't break or touch it, so why do I have to pay for the damage it cost to fix the carpets. Now i'm trying to get a new aprartment and the bring up the cures of the archstone. got help us all if every experience was. i'm not the only one. if you don't mind a 2000 fee for normal cleaning or if it is this or a van down by the river, save yourself the ulcer..for the love of god pick the van down by the river.

That is why you get renter's insurance. Then you wouldn't be dealing with this ----. I believe it is a well known fact that when there is flooding in an apartment, the complex isn't responsible for any damage done to your personal belongings. Keep that in mind the next time you rent.
