I have lived here for 2 yrs. And finally we have a new manager really cares about us. i am planning to stay longer.

Your manager may be nice to you... but it was AFTER 7/04 that office staff informed me (on my complaint) that it is not against the law for them to have a very loud rock band practicing in a garage with door open for hours on end... all day on weekends and late at night every night. Fortunately a dozen or so calls to the police solved the problem but neighbors should NOT have to go through this kind of nightmare!
