Autumn Chase's Cabana hours are suppose to be from 8-10 on weekdays, on one occassion my girlfriend asked me to go get her a coke out of the Cabana, it was 9:15 I walked down to the Cabana and opened the pool door and walked into the hallway and went to enter the exercise room with the coke machine and the door was locked I turned around to exit the building but the door I went through was locked they had obviously locked the doors but didn't make sure they were latched. I was locked in that little Hallway for over an hour I was crying and screaming because I'm clausterphobic and noone could here me scream, finally an hour later my girlfriend came looking for me and when she did she had to page the Maintenance Guy three times with 911's before he answered the phone and he wasn't even on site he was working a second job, she explained the situation and he called the Apartment manager, told her the situation and she said if someone is in there they are breaking in, and told him to call the cops. The Swat team came down with Assault Rifles and had surrounded the building I didn't know what was going on, my girlfriend came down to tell me everything was all right that she had called the maintenance guy and to not worry, not knowing the place was surrounded by cops who told her to step away from the building with their assault rifles pointed at her telling her there was a robbery in progress, and she explained the situation and they finally let me out 2 hours after I got locked in. The next day I went to complain to the management for not following their end of the lease, and they apologize but said there had been a notice a couple of weeks before on the door saying the cabana was being closed at 5:00 until they could install some new security system, the notice was not on the door when I got locked in and all I got was an apology and saying they wouldn't do anything to make what they did right, nor except responsibilty.

I live next door and this does not surprise me. That place is a nightmare. :)
