Parking woes. Oh my!

I moved here in October 2006 and thought it was great, love the location, management was nice. Parking quickly became an issue - reserved spaces are $35/month, on top of the expensive rent and if you don't have a reserved space and are home after 7:30 or 8:00 pm - you're lucky to get a parking space. There is no street parking and you'll be towed if you park in the shopping center next door. I've driven in circles around the parking lot too many times waiting for a space to open. Maintenance I have had no issues with - got a new dryer when mine stopped working. Would love a copy of my lease - have asked probably 5 times and have never received one.
The parking issue is huge - a definite deal breaker for me. I hate to plan my evenings/weekends around what time I need to be home to get a parking space.

i being a past resident have never ran into any of these problems ieverytime i have gone into the office both melissa and roxy have been there always quick to help me with any of my concerns or problems i applaud them for there dilligents on these matters thank you as far as the matter of work orders they have always been completed in such a timely matter so apparently they are doing there jobs very well thank you autumn chase staff for the wonderful stay at your community i would highly recommend this apartment community

ummmmm... NIIICE COVER RESPONSE.....MANAGEMENT.....obviously management,because anyone who lives there LEGitimately KNOWS Melissa is NOT there more often than she IS there...and regarding work orders.. she LOSES them more than she addresses them.
