I moved in about 4 months ago. The property is nice,and the landscaping is really nice.
If thats all you expect for the many hundreds of dollars you pay to put into the pockets of some half-ass managemnt company,then you will be perfectly happy.
The manager is a disconnected,spineless moron,who doesnt give a ---- if you are handicapped or not and have no place to go...she will evict you if she sees fit and act like she's sooo ------- concerned, but her hands are tied,then she'll try to hide behind HER boss.
I know because some good freinds of mine lived there. They were both deaf,and needed special assistance, but she dcided she just didnt want them there anymore.
So of you wann get ----ed by some stupid spinless ----- who spends all her time on her computer games, pretending you dont exist,if you come to the office,then move here.
This property is managed by Coast Real Estate. If you've never had experience with living on a Coast property...imagine working in the porn industry,under people who are willing to ---- you...but more like rape with no protection against syphillis.

The Manager is never there when you need to speak with her and when she is there, she is a complete idiot. Who the hell hired this person?

It appears that you are not even a resident why would you spend your time bad mouthing people and a company when you have not had first hand experience? I work in the legal world and people cannot be evicted becasue someone does not want them there. Reasons for eviction not paying the rent, or not following the rules int he lease. I have been checking out this site during my search, appears most are angry, probably got rent increases or in trouble for something while they were living at the complex. They are venting about their own experiences at least. You however, appear to be just plain angry at life or something to have wasted your time on here. Make your own life experiences to talk about.
