I lived here for 2 years, and it seems like they staff at the office is more interested in getting new tenants, than keeping good ones. Its a shame that such nice looking apartments, have such bad management.
I had a 2bed 1bath apt, and I have to say, the place looked very nice, lots of space, and high ceilings make you feel pretty good.
Due to the lack of parking, I was given a garage (otherwise, they charge you $70/mo). But having any friends visit me, was a real pain.
The maintenance folks were pretty good, fixing most problems within a day.
I think the materials used to build the place were not the best, I could hear any single thing my neighbors upstairs did... including just walking around! Being on the 1st floor, the place was Very cold during winter, so, I had to spend a lot keeping it warm.
One last comment, I'm still trying to make sense of the fact of why would they want to raise my rent, when I knew they were offering cheaper prices to possible tenants'
