We've been in our Rock Meadow townhouse approx. one month. Beginning with our initial property tour, it was apparent that Rock Meadow set a higher standard in customer service than we have ever experienced. Courtesy, followthrough, and communication with us made our transition easy. We marveled at the management staff which embodied professionalism, friendliness, and customer service in every representative and in every instance. It took no time at all to get used to maintenance requests that were promptly addressed, done correctly the first time, and for us to appreciate being communicated with well. Visitor parking is the only area of concern, although this is offset by the management staff's flexibility and availability with permits, even offering to deliver them to our door. Our townhouse is beautiful, quiet, and spacious. If you want your requests handled quickly and well, and then to be asked "Is there anything else we can do for you'" Rock Meadow is for you. Rock Meadow surpasses our highest expectations!
